Red Hawk Football Score

The score was today's Ripon College Red Hawk versus the Saint Norbert Green Knights was 40 Green Kinghts and 14 Red Hawks. Unfortunately, the Red Hawks fall to 4-3 overall on the season. The Red Hawks will look to secure a victory over Beloit College next weekend on the road. WRPN-FM will be back with coverage of Red Hawk football on November 5th as the Red Hawks take on non-conference opponent Macalaster College at 1pm.

The time for I VOTED FOR KODOS has been pushed back to 5:30pm at the latest... They are playing in Todd Wehr 104 and you should be there!

Brain Bowl 2005 is Here!!!!

BRAIN BOWL IS ALMOST HERE!!! Registration for teams will start at 5:30pm and continue through the first half hour of Brain Bowl until 6:30! Just call x147 or off-campus 745-8147.

More updates

This is the biggest news in awhile. You can now fill out a DJ application online! Isn't that fantastic? So, if you've been putting off your application because you don't want to kill trees or can't be bothered to pick up a pencil, you have no more excuses.

We're starting to grow stalactites...

So, the activities fair yesterday was pretty awesome. We got a bunch of applications out; hopefully they'll all come back. SMAC's secret event, the band Scratch Track, was loads of fun as well. You'll be hearing their music on the air shortly. Speaking of which, we've now got a request form on the website, so hit it up and tell us who you want to hear on the radio. It's your station too, dammit!

Man, the edge rocks hard!

We've been updating the site like mad today. You can now download both DJ and exec staff applications. Go there now! What are you waiting for?

Seriously though, anyone in Ripon who can see this should apply for a show. It's the most fun you'll ever have in Bartlett. You don't even have to talk, you can just play music if you're shy. Or, if you want to be involved behind the scenes, join one of our committees. We here at WRPN cannot get enough promotions, news, and sports people. We eat those suckers up.

Web site news

The WRPN website is back and better than ever. Though content is limited at this point, it looks pretty snazzy. Also, the links on the staff page are broken at this point, but that should be fixed by tomorrow. We'll be updating it frequently in the coming weeks, so check for updates. Kickin' out the jams

Hey, kiddies! It's the start of another exciting year, one in which WRPN is going to kick more ass than ever before, I assure you. We'll be making our first public appearance tomorrow at the annual OC/FY picnic in Green Lake. Check us out from 4-6:30 to win fabulous prizes (including frisbees & official WRPN t-shirts) and to hear some killer music. If you can't make it, tune in to the soothing sounds of 90.1 to ease your unpacking blues. Ha.
